For orders within South Africa, we use The Courier Guy and Postnet; please allow 2 - 5 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched.

For international orders we use DHL Express; please allow 3 - 7 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched.

Delivery time frames are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, public holidays or adverse weather conditions. While delays may occur, Gloree is not liable for such disruptions; however, we will always keep you updated on the status of your order.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
